GRAND THEFT AUTO IV!! Yay!
I got it. Best game of the series. True fact, when Halo 3 came out, ther were 2.5 million users signed up on Xbox Live, wanting to play Halo 3. When GTA IV came out, there were over 3.5 million users. Song of the day, "Come Dancing," by The Kinks. Great game. Much better shooting system, better graphics, better city! By the way, summer is coming soon, and let me tell you my plans. Unfortunately, I have to go to the dreaded summer school. My dad is making me take Grade 10 math for summer, which should be okay, I suppose. Also, my dad has got me a very small job working at his company, 1 day a week, NO PAY! It might just be 1 day a week, but can't I get like, $5 an hour or something?! Later in the summer, my dad is taking me and my little brother to Arizona, for a trip. Well, have to go now. Bye, and get GTA 4!

Nearing.
What are we nearing? If you have to ask yourself this question, then, wow, you are dumb(at the current moment). Grand Theft Auto IV! Tuesday! However, on Tuesday, is the Headmaster's Parade. Have I ever told you that I hate Cadets? No? Well, let me tell you something. I HATE CADETS. Damn straight I do. Song of the day, I have no clue why I have this song, I just randomly saw it in my iTunes. "Edge Of Seventeen," by Stevie Nicks. Tomorrow is my dad's second of 4 half-marathons. Apparently, I am the official photographer. Let's all wish my dad luck with that. I love you, Dad. The worst thing happened to me yesterday. Well, when I came home from school, I thought that maybe I should play some quick Vice City. My last game wasn't saved, so now, I'm back at the beginning of the game. Decided tonight to start where I left off at GTA 3, which I haven't played since June. The missions on it are pretty hard to beat. After failing miserably twice, I decided to quit, and save myself future embarassment. Today, the basement was officialy finished. So, as a celebration, we had Pizza Pizza for dinner, and watch our first film on the tv downstairs today, which was the musical comedy from the 60s, "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum," starring Zero Mostel, Phil Silvers, and Jack Gilford. Pretty good film. Here's some trivia about Grand Theft Auto IV. Famous musician Iggy Pop is appearing in this game as a DJ for a rock radio station. Pretty sweet, eh? Well, have to go now, get some sleep for tomorrow. Up really early. See you later, and dream GTA 4 dreams.

New stuff.
Pre-ordered Grand Theft Auto IV! Yay! On Tuesday, (after the Headmaster's Parade(what's the point of Cadets?!)) I go to Futureshop to pick it up. Remember when I talked about that film Cube? Well, there was a sequel and a prequel. Now, the sequel is terrible. At least, that's what I have heard. You see, these films are horror-science fiction, and the writers for Cube 2: Hypercube, wanted science fiction. However the prequel, was really good, at least, what I have heard. I have seen almost all deaths on it, (from traps) and they are really good. Shall I describe them? Flesh-eating bacteria, soundwaves that makes you explode, wires that cut you into pieces, and acid or fast-acting enzymes(last one is the most goriest thing I ever did see, but still really good.) The soundwaves guy, Meyerhold, his death was kinda sad, because he was accidently infected with the flesh-eating bacteria, and someone threw him into a room below him, which, was unfortunately trapped. That wasn't fun for Mr. Meyerhold. Well anyways, song of the day, "I Wanna Rock," by Twisted Sister. I am still playing Vice City, and I am on the hardest mission possible. Well, I am gonna have to go. Bye, get psyched for Grand Theft Auto IV!

Wow, I really hate Cadets.
I really hate Cadets. Today is such a long day for me, because of goddamn Cadets! I go to school do school stuff, then I do Cadets from 3:30 until 5:30, then 15 minutes later, my mom picks me up, and I have to go for a run. Still, the reward for sunh a long day is 3-DAY WEEKEND! YES! So yeah, 3-day weekend is good. Couches get delivered tomorrow, which is good. Gotta go, see you later.

Info. for today.
So, last year, a friend at school told me about this film called Cube, and I all of a sudden remembered it today, and watched it all on Youtube. It's a Canadian film, with Canadian actors, released in 1997, starring the ninth host of Dax, Ezri Dax. It's slightly gory(but not very, if you don't like blood or burning faces, don't watch), but it is a really great film. All the characters in it are, what are they called? Break-out characters or something? You know, where they change from a small role to a big role, or vice versa. No goryness edited out or anything. There is only 7 characters in it, and only 7 actors. It is about this big cube, and 7 people are put in it, and they have to find a way out. The cube is made up of rooms that are cube shaped, with 6 doors in each room. Some rooms have traps. They can be as simple as having fire shot at you, or tight wires cutting in on you. And 5 of the 7 people meet up. One of them dies, but they meet somebody the sixth person. And the seventh person is killed in like, less than 5 minutes. And it is such a good film. If you don't like scary or gory films, don't watch. If you like one of them, then watch. If you have already seen it, good for you. Everybody dies in it, exceot for the one guy you thought would have died really quickly. It's a good film. So, GTA 4 is coming out soon, and I haven't pre-oredered it yet! Gotta do that soon. Oh, and I have started running outside now. It's not bad, better then running inside on a treadmill. Song of the day, "Any Way You Want It," by Journey. Well, I am gonna have to go now. See you later.

Math Average: 75%!
Sweet. The title says it all. So, I guess I should pre-order GTA 4, so I can get it when it comes out. That's all. Yay!

Information of today.
Before I forget, song of the day, "Comfortably Numb," by Pink Floyd, on their famous rock opera, "The Wall." Such a great album.
So, we still have quite a wait until Indiana Jones, so, I guess IRON MAN(!!!!!!!!!!!)(YAY!!!!!!) will have to suffice. May 2nd, people. Here's the link for the trailer: http://youtube.com/watch?v=yZp2qpZtfbo. Here's a sneak peek from the film: http://youtube.com/watch?v=BX15_zwoZ6c. So, I have to go now. Play Rock Band, watch Star Trek, and have fun.

Renovating the basement.
My mom is special, she has a very unusual gift. It appears that on her birthday, she buys something quite big. 2005, new car. 2007, new house(the day after, Friday the 13, I broke my ankle(which meant no Cadets)), 2008, new couchs and tables for downstairs. So, you may have noticed the title, and we are indeed renovating the basement. The couches and table are for downstairs. So, we can have the basement ready and complete in roughly a week. We have got the walls painted, and the floor mostly done, so we can have this done for tomorrow. And the couches are getting delivered on Friday(I also have this day off, so I could help set up the tables, or something). My Dad could help with the t.v., and that would be the basement done. Just in time for GTA 4! (YAY!) It gonna be a kick-ass game. Speaking about Grand Theft Auto, I have started playing GTA: Vice City again. Pretty good game, not the best features(unlike GTA: San Andreas.), but still good plot, and you can shoot people. Song of the day, "Wanted Dead Or Alive," by Bon Jovi. Good song. Man, I love the fact that spring is here. Oh, and I start my first outside run on Tuesday. Yay. Well, my iPod shuffle motivates me. Well, off to bed for me. Watch some Star Trek, play some Rock Band(or GTA!), and have a good day.

Today.
So, this morning, went to workout with my little brother and my Dad, at our personal trainer's house, Andy. Had us working out pretty hard, According to my Dad, I am getting better, stroger, and tougher with working out. One event that proves this today is when I was doing some pull-downs, and I was doing 40 pounds. I thought out loud that this was too light, and asked Andy to put it up to 50 pounds, which was just nice and dandy. Song of the day, "Lola," by the Kinks. Wow, is all I have to say about that song. How does a dude fall in love with a gay male cross-dresser, and still think it is a woman, when there are obvious signs that it's a dude in a dress? Well, the Kinks made Lola, and that was the reason why it could happen. So yeah, I'm loving my iPod shuffle. It's really great. Hey, for all you South Park fans that missed the last episode, Mrs. Garrison is a man again. His second sex change, and his fifth sexual identifing(heterosexual man.) Wow. So, today was my Mom's birthday. Once again, happy birthday Mom. We went to a Toyoya dealership, and we all really like the Matrix. So yeah, we will get that a.s.a.p. Has anybody seen "Chocolate Rain," by Tay Zonday on Youtube. It's crazy. This 14 year old dude, sings an okay song, while playing piano, in the deepest voice possible. Here's the link: http://youtube.com/watch?v=EwTZ2xpQwpA. Man, I absolutely cannot wait until April 29th. Why, you may ask? GTA 4! Gonna be kick-ass. A lot more freedom, like San Andreas, but more like real life. It's gonna be awesome. I saw the George Harrison Tribute Concert for the umpteenth time tonight, and I still love it. But, I am sad that Bob Dylan wasn't in it. Well, I am gonna have to hit the sack now. Good night, you know all the usual stuff.

Mom's Birthday.

iPod shuffle! Yeah! Kick-ass! Look how small it is! In comparison to a Dell mouse. So, tomorrow is my mom's birthday. Happy early birthday, mom! Also, tomorrow, we go to a Toyota dealership to test drive 3 cars: 2009 Matrix, 2008 Prius, and the 2009 Camry Hybrid. However, the one that I want is the new 2009 Corolla. However, it is Mom's birthday, so she can choose. I would be fine with the Camry Hybrid or the Matrix, but not the Prius, because I don't like them. You wann know what one of the big Cadets said to me yesterday? "Get a shave, Mackin!" I barely have a mustache! Still, I would like to grow a mustache before I start shaving. Do you wanna hear a funny story? So last year, at my mom's birthday, she bought the house that we now live in. The day after, she was going to see the house with my younger brother, and I was gonna go, but Mom decided that I should go to school instead. Since I went to school, I decided to run out of chapel, on the wet grass, slipped, got covered in mud, and BROKE MY ANKLE! ON FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH! EVIL! The day after my mom's birthday too. Shocking, isn't it. Song of the day, "Crazy" by Aerosmith. Watch the music video for it, it's good. By the way, I am currently listening to it on my iPod shuffle! Yes! So yeah, have a good day filled with Rock Band, Star Trek, and an iPod shuffle! Bye.

I got an iPod shuffle!
The title says it all: I got an iPod shuffle! Wow, it's so small! But it holds 240 songs! Wow! I love this thing! Oh, and by the way, you can now call me Corporal Mackin. I got an iPod shuffle! It's tiny! I love it! So, I got promoted from Lance Corporal to Corporal. Next year, I will be Master Corporal, and after that, I will probably be a Seargent. iPod shuffle! Yeah! So, what else is new? Song of the day, "Rock n' Roll Suicide," by David Bowie on his rock opera "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars." Man, I can't wait until Indiana Jones 57 years old! Its gonna kick ass! Oh, and if you know me, you should probably know that I am not the best at math. Well, my math mark has gone up from 67 to 70. It's an improvement. I am listenign to my iPod shuffle! It rules! Well, I am gonna have to go. Go play some Rock Band, watch some Star Trek, or listen to your iPod shuffle!

Stuff.
So, right now, I am sitting in school, waiting for class to start, while I update my blog. What's new? I'm getting a iPod shuffle to help with my running, because my iPod touch wouldn't be as good for running as a shuffle. That's all. Summative period is coming to an end. And we can now do Cadets outside. Which means spring is here. However, the rain has come with it. But when spring comes, that also means that summer is coming. So, yeah. That's all. Have a good day.

Church Parade Over!
Finally! So, here's how it went. We had to be there for 12:30, in full uniform, and we would do some last-minute practicing. I was there at 12:50, missing my spats(white things that go over your boots), and my belt. Luckily, nobody some me come in late, as I sneaked in. However, I was commented on my sexy spats and belt by fellow Cadets. At 1:15, we headed out to the quad, and did a final inspection. At 1:25, we marched on down to Yonge Street, and began a really fun day. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For half an hour, we marched up Yonge Street, to a church, and I saw my mom and little brother there, waving at me, near a Quiznos I frequented. Once we got to the church, we sat there for an hour and 15 minutes. Before I forget it, song of the day, couldn't choose between two of them, so I chose both. "We're Not Gonna Take It!" By Twisted Sister, and "Joker And The Thief" By Wolfmother. So, after church, we got outside, and just walked around for a little while, then we formed up, and did some basic drill. At 3:20, we marched on out, and headed back to S.A.C. Now, before I left home, I put on some foot wax that Dad recommended I get. It did miracles for me marching down to the church. Unfortunately, I either didn't put enough on, or wore the wrong pair of socks today, and I could tell, I had gotten a blister. By the way, on top of this blister, I was working out with my dad yesterday, and did something that had some serious strains on my legs, and guess what? Forgot to stretch. Biggest mistake I ever made in my life. Hurts to sit down, get out of a chair, walk, stop walking, and move them in general. For more information, check out my dad's blog at this following web address: http://paul-mackin-daily.blogspot.com/. When I was marching, I was beside Justin Ritchie, a friend, and Geoffrey Rudduck, the best Cadet in the entire school, who was able to help me when I was marching on the wrong foot. Thanks Geoff. When we got back to S.A.C., we stopped of at the quad, at showed off some basic drill to all the parents there, however, my mom and little brother were currently in the parking lot, waiting for me. We then marched back to our starting point, discussed when our next was, and did our duties, dismissed!(turn 2 3, wait 2 3, up 2 3, down 2 3, S, A, C!) Happy that this was over, I walked to the parking lot, met up with Mom, and painfully sat in the back of the car. You wanna know who I saw at the Church Parade when it was over? An old crush.. Back in January, every freshman taking french(all most every freshman.) went on a five-day french skiing trip to St. Donat, Quebec. Also, Havergal College came along. I met my crush first night there, and gained a crush on her. At the dance we had there two nights later(which was 20 minutes long, and they wouldn't let us change into anything nice!) I couldn't find her to ask her if she wanted to dance(because the dance was 20 minutes long! Damn French-Canadians and their 20 minute long dances!) So, no romancing was done. However, my friend Grant also had his sights on her, and she is now his girlfriend. So, damn. I guess she was there to cheer on Grant or something. However, I didn't see Grant there. Hmn, pretty mysterious, eh? (Damn, I didn't know I ever said "eh?". Guess I'm really Canadian.) If you like Star Trek, here is a nice treat. If you like Frank Sinatra-era songs, here is a nice treat. If you like neither, here is a nice treat. http://youtube.com/watch?v=DmXzamLDgFk. So, now with the Chutch Parade over and done with, we now have the long wait until April 29th, dun-dun-dun-dun-dun! (Headmaster's Parade.) Less marching, more drill. I guess I should get a real sexy belt and a real sexy pairs of spats for this Parade. Oh by the way, my Scottish Granny is coming over at the end of May, and leaves near the end of June. When she comes, it is the first week in June, which is my last week of school for the year! (Because I end in early June!)(And then summer starts!)(Yay!)(But exams suck.)(Boo-hoo.) So shw will probably be bugging me a lot, when I need lots and lots of last-minute studying. And I don't like BattleStar Galactica. I mean, Starbuck is hot, and so is that Cylon chick, but the show generally sucks. Why watch that when you can watch Lost? See you later, check out the two links,(the first one is pretty intellectual, unlike this one.)(The second one(the YouTube one)is something which yhou should al really watch.) Enjoy life, watch Star Trek, and, um, I don't know, go play Rock Band.

Man, I hate Cadets.
Yeah, you get the message. So, I have to film a commericial with a friend for my English summative. And I still hate Cadets. I slept over at my dad's house last night, and he showed me the season premiere of Battlestar Galactica. I don't like that show. It's not all that good a show. I mean, Star Trek is better. Song of the day, "Cliffs Of Dover" by Eric Johnson. Good guitar song. So yeah, Star Trek is good. Can't wait until the movie, I mean, we're gonna have Sylar playing Spock! Dude, that rules! Holy S*** dude! It's gonna rule! You know what a good show is, South Park. That's funny. It's so good. They sell Seasons 6-11 on the Canadian iTunes stores, and like, two episodes from Season 12, and all the Christmas episodes. You know, the Canadian iTunes store is pretty crappy compared to the American one. We have no films(except crap Pixar short films), not a lot of good tv shows(excluding South Park, The Colbert Report, The Daily Jon Stewart Show, and Strangers With Candy(it's actually funny)(but don't watch it if you don't like pretty dirty stuff)) there's no AC/DC performed by AC/DC, and one Radiohead album(I don't like them, they just got one song I want, cause it was on Rock Band). We need shows like Heroes, Lost, Family Guy, The Simpsons and Star Trek on the iTunes store! We need AC/DC! We need films! And we need "Creep" by Radiohead! And that Nash The Slash song that I cannot currently remember! And Cadets sucks! But Star Trek is always good. You know, I feel sad right now. Why? Because Kurt Cobain killed himself 14 years ago, and if he didn't, Nirvana would have become a kick-ass band. Oh, guess what I just found out. When Indiana Jones comes out, there will be another Star Trek trailer(woo-hoo! Thank you God, for giving us greatness with greater greatness in an area of greatness!) Very nice, how much? You know something, I love Cadets. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish me luck with the Chruch Parade tomorrow. See ya later.

Hate Cadets.
I do. I really do. I have this Church Parade on Sunday, and it sucks! I gotta march up and down Yonge Street for like, an hour, then I have to be in Church for an hour and 15 minutes(Church?!?!?!?! Come on man, I don't believe in religion!) then march bnack up Yonge Street to S.A.C. It really sucks, it really does. Song of the day, "Epic", By Faith No More. Well, Cadets still sucks. So does summatives. They really suck. Well, let's see what's good. May is next month,(Yay Indiana Jones!) and that should be good. So, have a good day everybody. And just say how bad Cadets is.

Summative Period has begun! oh, rats.
The title says it all, this sucks. Last night, I was up until 10:00 completing my geo summative, but I got it done and handed it in today. I now have another one due tomorrow that I am taking a break from to write on my blog. Gym summative, gotta explain baseball, easy, but lots to do. Done a lot of it, should have mot of it done in a hour. Just bought a lot of music last night, and I am listening to it.I bought about half of the playlist for the video game Rock Band (remember, get it. Do I have to remind what will happen if you don't?), a music video, (last postings song of the day.), and 1 Weird Al Song. The song I bought is called "Achy Breaky Song." It is a parody of Billy Ray Cyrus' song, "Achy Breaky Heart." Did you know that her daughter, Destiny Hope Cyrus (soon to be Miley Ray Cyrus.), has a channel on YouTube with a friend, and (this is the part that doesn't make any sense.) she is outselling such great bands as Led Zeppelin, and the BEATLES?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!????!!!!???!?!?! (By the way, song of the day, "Paranoid", by Black Sabbath, one of the new songs I bought.) (Good song, eh?) (I thought so.) (That's why I bought it.) (If you don't have it, you should buy it too.) (No, really.) (It's a good song.) (And somebody please explain to me why half of what I have written is in brackets?!) (Please?) So yeah, HOW THE HELL DID SHE OUT SELL THE BEATLES?!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!!???!?! THEY CHANGED THE MEANING OF MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GODDAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY AM I STILL WRITING THIS IN CAPSLOCK?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! ANSWER ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO TIME TO CRY, ONLY TIME TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just randomly heard that last sentence somewhere. And for some reason, my friend is in love with her. Then again, he is love with every girl he knows. (INCLUDING HIS FRENCH TEACHER?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!) Well, that's what happens when you were young. So, ponder over Miley Cyrus' mystical powers to out sell the Beatles, and go watch some Star Trek. Don't play that song, that achy breaky song, the most annoying song I know. And if you play that song, that achy breaky song, I might blow up my radio. (OOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhh!?!) See y'all later.
